About
Darfur is a region in the western part of Sudan in Africa where a humanitarian crisis has been going on since 2003. The Arab majority of Sudan has systematically been persecuting the non-Arab population of the Darfur region for years, and in response a rebellion took shape, causing serious fighting with many casualties and causing the displacement of millions of people.
